| Finally smiling |
It was finally part of the trip where we met up with my family & started all the wedding fun. Rita & Hugh were in the wedding so we went to the rehearsal on Thursday at Rainbow Springs State Park. This place is beautiful! Lush trees, hilly, beautiful crystal clear water -- just lovely. After we met at Cafe on the Avenue in Crystal River for dinner. We had a nice private room & very tasty food. A great night.

At the rehearsal dinner

At last the day of the wedding. The whole reason we were in Florida. A little cooler but still a gorgeous sunny day. Perfect for an outdoor wedding & reception. We started the day at the beach down the road from where we were staying. It was so interesting. So many little water creatures that you could watch, chase or catch. After a few hours of sun we headed to the Ale House for lunch. They had an amazing selection of beer. Todd was very happy to have a Bell's Oberon. Then we got cleaned up & headed to the wedding. Everyone looked lovey & the ceremony was short & sweet. Then we headed to Katie's parent's house for the reception. The backyard was set up with tables, a bar, a dance floor & twinkle lights. It was gorgeous! And the food was amazing, seriously delicious. A fabulous night to celebrate a darling couple.
