We belong to a Sunday night co-op with 2 other families. This has worked out great for free babysitting! We had the kids tonight & decided to use the leftover spinach filling from last night's festivities to have the kids make ravioli. The rolling was a bit more work with the kids (you not only have to roll fast but steady too) but I think they liked it. They all helped with the filling, cutting, crimping & keeping track of who was next to turn the dough...

On Friday Rita had her school carnival. The themewas Halloween -- what a thrill to be Dorothy again!
