Todd & I attended the Second Annual Ravioli Fest in Troy, MI. If you are looking for a fun cooking project/party to do with friends this one is great! Everyone brought a filling & we made the dough while we were there. In the end everyone was treated to a fabulous meal & went home with samples of ravioli. This year the fillings were Lobster, Sausage, Roasted Red Pepper & Spinach, Feta & Pine Nut. Lobster was my favorite but I think the Spinach was the crowd favorite.
